Want to feel fancy sometimes♪ 〜たまにはオシャレを感じたい♪〜

Mommy: "Sophie, do you know Limoncello?"

ママ：「 ソフィちゃん、リモンチェッロって知ってる？」

Sophie: "Limoncello? What is it?"

ソフィ：「リモンチェッロ？なんですか？」

Mommy: "It's sweet lemon liqueur in Italy. People drink a little amount of it after a meal, like dessert."

ママ：「イタリアのあまいレモンのお酒。食後にちょっとだけ飲むんだって、デザートみたいに。」

Sophie: "How fancy♪"

ソフィ：「あら、オシャレ♪」

Leo: "You should ask my mom if it's about Italian food and drink. She loves it."

レオ：「イタリアの食べ物と飲み物のことなら、ぼくのママに聞いてみるといいよ。ママ、大好きだから。」

Mommy: "That's true."

ママ：「そうだったわね〜」

Leo: "My name sounds a little bit like Limoncello, don't you think? He he♪"

レオ：「ぼくの名前ってなんだか、リモンチェッロに似てると思わない？えへへ♪」

Mommy: "Umm... if you say so."

ママ：「う〜ん‥‥　まあ、レオくんがそう言うなら。」

Mommy: "So, I want to try to make Limoncello this afternoon."

ママ：「それでね、今日の午後はママ、リモンチェッロを作ってみようと思うの。」

Kona: "How nice!"

コナ：「いいね〜！」

Ehime: "All women need to feel fancy sometimes♪"

えひめ：「女性はたまにはオシェレを感じたいでしゅからね〜♪」

Mommy: "Let's use the bigger Mason jar for Limoncello. Fu fu♪"

ママ：「リモンチェッロには、ちょっと大きめのメイソンジャーを使ってみようかしらね。うふふ♪」

Ehime: "How greedy..."

えひめ：「また欲張りな‥‥」

Mommy: "You can see the measurement on the side of Mason jar. That's really useful, don't you think, Ehime?"

ママ：「メイソンジャーの横に計量が書いてあるの、とっても便利よね、ひめたん？」

Ehime: "I guess you are right."

えひめ：「まあ、しょうでしゅね。」

Mommy: "Now let's zest five lemon skins in to the jar. These are the organic lemons from Whole Foods. It's going to be a good liqueur, don't you think, Kona?"

ママ：「ジャーの中にレモンの皮を削って入れて、と。これ、ホールフーズで買った無農薬のレモンなのよ。きっといいお酒ができるわよね、コナくん？」

Kona: "I am under age."

コナ：「ぼくは未成年だから。」

Mommy: "I can't believe the zest from five lemons is only this much..."

ママ：「レモン５個を削った皮がこれだけなんて、信じられないわ‥‥」

Mommy: Now it's time to put in good quality Vodka. It has to stay like this for a week before I add sugar water. What should we do with those lemons without skin?"

ママ：「さあ、高品質のウォッカを入れて、と。砂糖水を入れるまで、一週間このまま寝かせるんだって。この皮のないレモン、どうしようっか。」

Kona: "Umm... can you ask daddy? I'm taking a nap now."

コナ：「えっと‥‥　パパに聞いてくれる？ぼく、ちょっとお昼寝するね。」

Ehime's new bag and leash 〜えひめの新しいバッグと新しいリード〜

Sophie: "Oh, did Ehime get a new bag? All women need a new bag from time to time♥"

ソフィ：「あら、えひめちゃん、新しいバッグを買ってもらったの？女性って、新しいバッグが必要ですものね〜♥」

Leo: "I think my mom bought a new bag recently..."

レオ：「確かぼくのママも、最近新しいバッグを買ったような‥‥」

Mommy: "That's a good color, don't you think, Kahlua?"

ママ：「いい色だと思わない？カルアくん。」

Kahlua: "Yes. I think this bag is bright enough at night."

カルア：「うん。このバッグ、夜も十分見えそう。」

Mommy: "I see. This is the area to put the head in."

ママ：「なるほど。ここに頭を入れるのね。」

Kona: "What are you going to do with the red bag Ehime is using now? That was my bag before."

コナ：「今ひめたんが使っている赤いバッグはどうするの？以前はぼくのだったんだけど。」

Mommy: "We used it for five years every day. Now we've got to say thank you and good-bye."

ママ：「５年間、毎日使ったよね。”ありがとう”と、”さようなら”を言おうね。」

Mommy: "The new bag has a little band to keep a water bottle in one place."

ママ：「新しいバッグには、お水のボトルが動かないように、バンドも付いてるよ。」

Kona: "I see."

コナ：「ホントだ。」

Mommy: "What do you think, Ehime?"

ママ：「ひめたん、どうかしら？」

Ehime: "He he♪ My new bag♥ Is this Coach or Louis Vuitton?"

えひめ：「えへへ♪　わたちの新ちいバッグ♥　これ、コーチでしゅか？しょれともルイビトンでしゅか？」

While I was waiting for my friend and her toddler Kai come, I heard a strange noise. When I came out from the room and checked it out...

お友達とお子さんのカイくんを待っている間、変な音が聞こえてきました。部屋から出て見てみると‥‥

Mommy: "What is this!!??"

ママ：「なに、これ！！？？」

Kona: "It's not me."

コナ：「ぼくじゃないよ。」

Kahlua: "You should be honest and tell the truth, Ehime."

カルア：「えひめ、正直に本当のことを言ったほうがいいよ。」

Ehime: "Umm... we have a rat at home."

えひめ：「えっと‥‥　うちにねずみがいましゅよ。」

Mommy: "We don't!"

ママ：「いません！」

Since Ehime had too much energy this afternoon, we walked around the park twice. 

午後、えひめはエネルギーがありあまっていたので、私たちは公園を二周しました。

Kai's mommy: "Kai, are you awake?"

カイくんのママさん：「カイくん、起きたかな〜？」

Kai: "@%%^&! (Sit!)"

カイくん：「@%%^&! （おすわり！）」

Kona: "Your finger smells delicious♪"

コナ：「カイくんの指、おいしそうなにおい♪」

Kona: "What are you eating?"

コナ：「なに食べてるの？」

Kai: "#*%#&$% (Nothing)."

カイくん：「#*%#&$%（なにも）」

Good luck, Kona! 〜コナ、がんばって！〜

Mommy: "Let's  give you a bath today♪"

ママ：「今日はお風呂に入ろう♪」

Ehime: "Bath?"

えひめ：「お風呂でしゅか？」

Kahlua: "Um, mommy? Kona ran away."

カルア：「あの、ママ？コナが脱走しました。」

Mommy: "Com'on, Konaaa!"

ママ：「コナく〜ん、おいで〜！」

Kona: "Daddy, you are protecting me, right?"

コナ：「パパ、ぼくのこと守ってくれるでしょ？」

Mommy: "Konaaaaaa!"

ママ：「コナくーーーん！」

Kona: "Daddy, please! Demon is coming to capture me!!"

コナ：「パパ、お願い！デーモンがぼくを捕まえにくる！！」

Daddy: "Kona, calm down. It's OK."

パパ：「コナ、落ち着いて。大丈夫だから。」

Mommy: "Your head might be hidden, but I can see your body, Kona!"

ママ：「コナくん、頭は隠してるかもしれないけれど、体は見えてるよ！」

Kona: "Ahhh! Demon found me..."

コナ：「あああ！デーモンに見つかった‥‥」

Daddy: "You'll be finishing soon, Kona. You just need to get cleaner. Good luck!"

パパ：「コナ、すぐに終わるよ。きれいにしてもらうだけだから。がんばって！」

Mommy: "OK. Everyone is here. Let's find a ball♪"

ママ：「はい、みんないるわね。ボールを見つけましょう♪」

Ehime: "Should I go first?"

えひめ：「わたち、先に行ってもいいでしゅか？」

Kona: "I'll be the guardian of Ehime today."

コナ：「今日はぼく、ひめたんの保護者ということで。」

Mommy: "Then, this is a class that the guardian can join."

ママ：「じゃあ、これは保護者参加の授業ということで。」

As usual, Kona wasn't interested in taking a bath at all. So I decided to put Ehime in the bath. Surprisingly, she is getting used to going in the bath tub!

いつも通り、コナはお風呂にまったく興味がありません。それで、えひめを入れてみることにしました。驚いたことに、えひめはバスタブの中に入ることに

慣れてきたようです！

Mommy: "Aren't you running away, Ehime?"

ママ：「ひめたん、脱走しないの？」

Ehime: "Not today."

えひめ：「今日はちないでしゅよ。」

Ehime: "How's the bath, brother Kahlua?"

えひめ：「カルアにい、お風呂はどうでしゅか？」

Kahlua: "I'm loving it♥"

カルア：「大好き♥」

I worked hard, but Kona was too scared to go in the tub. So I cleaned his body with the wet towel today again.

私はなんとかしようと頑張りましたが、コナは怖がってバスタブには入れませんでした。それで今日もまた、濡らしたタオルで体を洗いました。

Mommy: "Phew, you are done, Kona."

ママ：「ふう。コナくん、終わり。」

Kona: "Please open the door♪"

コナ：「ドア、開けてくださ〜い♪」

Mommy: "You finally look happy."

ママ：「やっとうれしそうな顔を見せてくれたね〜」

Bow-wow news (kidnapped) 〜ワンワンニュース（誘拐編）〜

Ehime: "It's time for Bow-wow news. Yesterday there was a kidnapping case in the suburb of Las Vegas."

えひめ：「ワンワンニュースの時間でしゅ。昨日、ラスベガス郊外にて、誘拐事件がありまちた。」

Ehime: "In front of the crying kids, two criminals kidnapped their parents."

えひめ：「泣き叫ぶ子供たちの前で、犯人二人がその両親を誘拐ちまちた。」 

Ehime: "Criminals took these parents away to a Japanese grill restaurant called Yagyu, and made them grill for them."

えひめ：「犯人はこの両親を日本の焼き肉屋、Yagyuに連れて行き、自分たちのためにお肉を焼かせたもよう。」

Ehime: "Not only beef, but also pork, chicken, and even some seafood, they had to grill."

えひめ：「牛肉だけでなく、豚肉、鶏肉、さらにはシーフードまで焼かせたそうでしゅ。」

Kona: "After serving at Yagyu, the parents were confined in a small room called Karaoke."

コナ：「Yagyuでの奉仕のあと、両親はカラオケという小さな部屋に監禁されました。」

Kona: "Criminals forced them to hold the microphone and...."

コナ：「犯人は無理やりマイクを持たせ‥‥」

Kona: "made them sing Dancing Queen."

コナ：「ダンシングクイーンを歌わせたとのことです。」

Kona: "Here is the photo of criminals."

コナ：「こちらがその犯人の写真です。」

Ehime: "The hostages were released a little after 10:00pm without being asked a ransom. Now, let's ask the professional of crime prevention. Mr. Kahlua?"

えひめ：「人質は、午後10時過ぎに解放されまちた。身代金の要求はなかったそうでしゅ。しょれでは、防犯のプロに話しを聞いてみましょう。カルアしゃん？」

Kahlua: "Yes. This is Kahlua. When the kidnappers show up to your house and said "Hello♪" with a happy voice, don't freak out. You have a way to protect your parents. That is..."

カルア：「はい、こちら、カルアです。誘拐犯が家に現れて、楽しそうな声で”こんにちは〜♪”と言っても、動揺することはありません。ご両親を守る方法はあります。それは‥‥」

Kahlua: "Bow wow wow wow wow!!!!! (Don't come in my territory!) Scream like this."

カルア：「ワンワンワンワンワーン！！！！（ぼくのテリトリーに入ってこないで！）このように叫んで下さい。」

Ehime: "That's a good advice. It was Bow-wow news today."

えひめ：「しょれはいいアドバイスでしゅね。今日のワンワンニュースでちた。」

Kona: "Thank you for watching us. (bowing)"

コナ：「ありがとうございました。（おじぎ）」
