How to make dry bananas 〜干しバナナの作り方〜

Ehime: "Today we are going to show you how to make dry bananas. The things we need are bananas and..."

えひめ：「今日は、干しバナナの作り方を紹介ちましゅよ。必要なものは、バナナと‥‥」

Ehime: "Dehydrator♪ That's it."

えひめ：「乾燥機♪　しょれだけでしゅよ。」

Ehime: "Well, we actually put some lemon juice to prevent bananas from becoming black."

えひめ：「あ、しょれから、レモンジュースもちょっと使いましゅよ。バナナが黒くなるといけましぇんから。」

Ehime: "We put cut-bananas on the tray and turn the dehydrator on."

えひめ：「カットバナナをトレイの上に乗せて、乾燥機をオン。」

Kahlua: "After that, we don't have anything to do."

カルア：「その後は、何もすることがないんだよね。」

Ehime: "You are right. While mommy is making veggie juice for lunch, the dehydrator just does the job right next to it."

えひめ：「はい。ママがランチ用に野菜ジュースを作っている間、その横で、乾燥機がブーンって 言ってるだけでしゅよ。」

Kona: "I often sleep in daddy's office in the morning. But when I hear that mommy is getting ice cube for making juice, I come out. Dehydrator is still doing its job."

コナ：「ぼくは朝、よくパパのオフィースで寝るんだ。でも、ママがジュースを作るのにアイスキューブを出している音が聞こえると、オフィースから出て来るんだよ。乾燥機は、まだブーンって言ってる。」

Ehime: "Bananas are a little dry, but not much. It takes time."

えひめ：「バナナ、ちょっと乾燥ちてきまちたけど、まだあんまり。時間がかかるんでしゅよね。」

Kona: "So, we can go in the water and play for a while in the afternoon."

コナ：「だから、ぼくたちは午後、しばらくの間、お水に入って遊ぶんだ。」

Ehime: "I love to play in the water as much as dry bananas♥"

えひめ：「干しバナナと同じくらい、お水で遊ぶの大好き♥」

Ehime: "In the evening, we turn all the banana pieces down. Mommy said that makes them dry quicker."

えひめ：「夕方、バナナを一枚ずつ、ぜんぶひっくり返すんでしゅよ。ママが言うには、これをしゅると、バナナが早く乾くらちいでしゅよ。」

Kona: "It's been six hours since we put bananas in the dehydrator. Not ready yet?"

コナ：「バナナを乾燥機に入れてからもう６時間になるけど、まだできない？」

Mommy: "Not yet."

ママ：「まだまだ。」

Ehime: "If you use ripe bananas, it takes more to get dry because of the sugar in bananas. Please be patient."

えひめ：「よく熟ちたバナナだと、よけいに時間がかかるでしゅよ。糖分がありましゅからね。ガマン、ガマン。」

Ehime: "Mommy, do you use this towel to wipe off your hands after you touched bananas?"

えひめ：「ママ、バナナを触ったあとでしゅから、このタオルでお手てふきましゅか？」

Mommy: "Thank you for thinking about me. That's YOUR towel to wipe off your hands."

ママ：「ありがとね。でもそれ、ひめたんのお手てをふくタオルだから、気持ちだけもらっておくね。」

At 11:30pm　午後11時半

Mommy: "Dry bananas are done♪ I leave some in the dehydrator with the fan on tonight, because they are still not as crunchy as I wanted yet."

ママ：「干しバナナ、できた♪　まだ思ったほどカリカリじゃない分は、今夜一晩ファンだけつけて、乾燥機に入れたままにしておこうかな。」
